All our sulphites are used in different uses and functions. For instance in mining industry they are employed as floating agents or in metal refining as reducers (copper recovery and precious metals refining: mainly gold).
Again, in gold and silver mining, sulphites are used to neutralise cyanide effluent when employed as extractant of precious metals from ores.
