On Tuesday, April 9th, the first edition of the Academy Esseco project concluded with the presentation of certificates. This initiative was born and organized in collaboration with the Giuseppe OMAR Technical Industrial Institute.
The program included 22 hours of training, with theoretical lessons provided by teachers from the OMAR Institute and practical sessions conducted by Esseco’s internal staff, aimed at educating 12 employees on the operations of the Trecate site’s facilities.
This training journey offered a unique approach, grounded in trust, increased awareness, and a sense of responsibility towards the actions and tasks carried out daily by the participants.
