Starting from 1 July 2022, the merger by incorporation of Zolfindustria Srl, with headquarters in Via San Cassiano 99, 28069, Trecate (NO), VAT number 01235740188 will be operational in Esseco Srl, also with headquarters in Via San Cassiano 99, 28069, Trecate (NO), VAT number 01027000031.
The acquiring company assumes uninterruptedly all active and passive relations of the acquired company.
As a result of the aforementioned merger by incorporation, starting from 01/07/2022 only Esseco Srl will be operational, to which it will be necessary to refer for any commercial relationship, even if it arose before that date.
The production plant of San Cipriano Po (PV), the production and storage unit of Macchiareddu (CA) and all the operations of Zolfindustria will continue their activities, as they have done so far.
As a result of this incorporation, and in accordance with the current Privacy Code, Esseco Srl also assumes ownership of the personal data already processed by the incorporated company.
